The service

CRMOrca is a web-based CRM provided as a subscription. A free demo lasts 14 days; after that, continued use requires a paid plan.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in links private. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Your data

You own the data you put into CRMOrca. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful basis for contacting the people in your account and must respect do-not-call and opt-out rules that apply to you, such as NIX-Telefon, TPS or the National DNC Registry.

Payment

Plans are billed per user in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. Seat changes are prorated.
